mobile application ("Application").
The Application is developed and maintained by Asif Mardanov and
is provided free of charge.
GoneArt allows users to create an account using an email address and password. A guest mode is also available, allowing users to browse the Application without creating an account.
To provide the core functionality of the Application, the following information may be stored on the developer's servers:
This information is used solely for user authentication, profile management, synchronizing favorites across devices, and displaying user-generated comments.
Your account information is retained for as long as your account remains active.
You may permanently delete your account directly from within the Application, via Settings → Account → Delete account.
If you no longer have access to the Application, you can also request deletion of your account and associated data from our website. Enter the email address linked to your account and we will send you a confirmation link; your account is deleted permanently once you confirm.

When your account is deleted — whether from within the Application or via the website above — your personal account information, including your email address, username, favorites, and associated profile data, is removed from the developer's servers within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by applicable law.
Data stored locally on your device can be removed at any time by clearing the Application's storage or uninstalling the Application.

In the event of an application error, third-party services may automatically collect technical Log Data, including your IP address, device model, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of the event, and other diagnostic information.
GoneArt does not use cookies directly. However, third-party libraries or services may use similar technologies to improve functionality, reliability, and stability.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external websites.
You may request access to your personal information, or permanently delete your account at any time, either using the features available within the Application or via our account deletion page linked in Section 03 above.
